Quantrax’s I-Biz product suite is a powerful BI platform for the RM/Ex (formerly
Intelec) collection system. Developed using state-of-the-art relational
and dimensional database technologies, the I-Biz platform will transform
the way in which you manage your collections and portfolio performance.
No longer will you be constrained by plain paper reports or one-dimensional
and time-consuming data exports: I-Biz replicates your collections data
to a Windows-based SQL Server database and OLAP cube to offer you near-instantaneous
report run-times with a high degree of interactivity for data exploration
(filtering, slicing, dicing and drill-down).
When a Quantrax customer invests in the I-Biz Analytics module, they are
purchasing a powerful OLAP cube with all of the collection information and
calculation definitions needed to help make business decisions and to generate
highly customizable reports in a near-instantaneous fashion. They also get
all of the code, logic and processes to populate this cube (and its underlying
relational database) as part of nightly processing. Should
a customer want client-specific enhancements made to the I-Biz product,
we can perform those modifications for them. Should a customer have internal
resources to make such enhancements themselves, they are certainly free
to do so (and we can always assist in a supportive or training capacity).
